Greece X-Factor

OK so there's this show in Greece called X-Factor based on the UK version. I never watched the UK version, but the Greek version PISSES ME OFF. I've watched about... mmm... 3 of the 5 shows so far, because I'm in college and I don't have ANT1 in my dorm. So when I'm at home I watch it. There are 10 people left in the show and I hate mmm.... 80% of them. OK i know it's an amateur singers that they are trying to make big. but still! they are horrible.

This week there were 11 people on the show... (one person got eliminated this week). There's one dude who every time I see him and hear him he is AMAZING! and everyone who I've talked to agrees that he is AMAZING! yet for some reason the judges keep saying "he's average".... IT'S AN AMATEUR COMPETITION!!!!! OF COURSE YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE AVERAGE PERFORMANCES!!!! but we all know he is the BEST in the show, and with this interview with the producer for the last singing competition show on ANT1 (Fame Story), the producer said that we wanted to sign him. THAT'S HOW AMAZING HE IS! Then there's this other girl, who they keep giving her this impossibly difficult songs yet she does freakishly well. I don't like her as much as the other dude, but if she wins well deserved. THE REST ARE ALL AVERAGE... actually BELOW AVERAGE! I'm in a choir in college and each member of the choir can sing better then the rest of them. I don't go to a music school. I'm pretty sure there is no one in the choir that's a music major, but there are a couple that are music minors. anyway point is the rest suck.

There is this one dude... I don't feel like naming, who week after week SUCKS and I mean if you heard him you would most likely leave or bring back his CD. and week after week the judges are like "you're a superstar, you have a career, you're amazing." 1. He's 17, his career might be 1 song and then die out by age 21. 2. The only thing he might be able to pull off is theater... not even. 3. HE SUCKS!!!! and it's an amateur competition. He is definitely bottom 3 of the 10 remaining. There are 2 people left who I would buy their CD and have the potential to have a career lasting longer than 10 years. and those are the 2 people that I mentioned that were good. Another thing that pissed me off is that this week this one dude SUCKED!!!!!!!! like hard core and the title of the song he sang can be translated to "I'm leaving" and after he sang I'm like... LEAVE!!!!! but the judges saved his ass and let the person who had her best performance to date leave. Amateur competitions in singing are to watch people DEVELOP into superstars, not find superstars... if you're looking for superstars just have auditions and pick someone don't put them on a show if you don't want to see them develop in an AMATEUR COMPETITION! My friend and I have been contemplating on going to the show as a group, but after watching this season I wouldn't do it.

And omg two of the judges PISS ME OFF!!!!!!!!! they need to go. they suck. One is an egotistic S.O.B. and like I want to strangle him, because he's full of shit and it's like REALLY!!! just GO HOME! The other one is just wrong about everyone. And the thing is it's not just me that thinks this way. EVERYONE who i've talked to agrees. and you know what the worst thing is... the show is like a car crash pile up thingy, it's horrible, but i can't look away. and the thing is I'm prob going to watch it again and midway through it turn to my parents and say "Why am I watching this?"

Hey what's up?

I just got out of class and I was walking back to my dorm when I saw my RA. Being that he's my RA and I should be nice to him (I don't know him that well, but he seems like a cool guy), I say "Hey" as he was about 5 feet away from me. His reply was "Hey. What's up?" but as he said it he was right next to me and continued to walk in the opposite direction. WHY DID HE ASK ME WHAT'S UP and CONTINUE TO WALK IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I realize this happens a lot with people. Usually if it's a close friend I'll turn around and I'll be like "Nothing much you?" and usually they'll respond but won't turn around. Then I say "See ya later." THIS PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ask what's up when your passing someone by. If you're going to stop for a second for an answer then ask if not, JUST RESPOND WITH A HEY!!!! That's all you need to do. I say "Hey" you say "Hey" that's it... (Jeff Dunham flashback "I talk you talk that's it" Peanut ... Spark of Insanity video). K over it. short rant but a rant anyway. lol
